Flurry Racing Stables LLC’s Interstatedaydream stalked the early pace in Pimlico’s $250,000 Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (G2), took command after straightening away in the stretch, held off a late run by fellow OBS graduate Adare Manor (June ’21) and scored by a length and a quarter. It’s the first stakes win for the 3-year-old grade one stakes placed daughter of Classic Empire, purchased for $175,000 out of the Wavertree Stables consignment at the 2021 OBS Spring Sale after turning in an Under Tack eighth in :10 1/5.
