Bridlewood Farm’s Bay Storm went straight to the front in Friday’s $100,000 Christiecat Stakes on the turf at Belmont, set the pace into the stretch, opened daylight a furlong from home and scored by three lengths. Fellow OBS graduate Tuscan Queen (April ’20) checked in third.  It’s the first stakes win for the 3-year-old daughter of Kantharos, trained by Jonathan Thomas, now 4-2-0-1 with $110,680 in earnings. At the 2020 OBS Spring Sale, she turned in an Under Tack quarter in :20 4/5 and was purchased for $400,000 out of the Woodford Thoroughbreds consignment. watch her under tack video     Spring Sale walking video
