Fillies by Into Mischief, Malibu Moon fastest at Spring Sale’s Under Tack finale

Fillies by Into Mischief and Malibu Moon breezed quarters in :20 3/5 to share honors for the fastest works at the distance at the seventh and final session of the Under Tack Show for Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2020 Spring Sale of Two Year Olds in Training.

  • Hip No. 1308, consigned by Wavertree Stables, Inc., (Ciaran Dunne), Agent, is a bay filly by Into Mischief out of Humor Me Colonel, by Colonel John, and is a three quarter sister to grade one stakes winner Practical Joke.
  • Hip No. 1310, a bay filly by Malibu Moon consigned by Eddie Woods, Agent, is out of stakes placed Iroquois Girl, by Indian Charlie, a half sister to graded stakes winner Salty Strike.

Four youngsters worked eighths in :9 4/5.

  • Hip No. 1103, a bay filly by Uncle Mo consigned by Off the Hook LLC, Agent, is out of Great Attraction, by El Prado (IRE), a daughter of champion Golden Attraction.

Hip No. 1078, a daughter of Palace consigned by Two Oaks Equine, worked the session’s fastest three eighths, clocked in :33 1/5.  The chestnut filly is out of Ginebra, by Point Determined, from the family of stakes winning OBS graduate Cascade.

The Spring Sale begins Tuesday, June 9th at 10 a.m. Hip No.’s 1 – 308 and supplements 1233 – 1252 will be offered.

Under Tack results and videos are posted on the OBS website at obssales.com and can be viewed on kiosks in the breezeway and in the Video Room adjacent to the Horsemen’s Lounge. In-room viewing is available at The Courtyard by Marriott, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, Residence Inn and the Ocala Hilton, plus lounge viewing is available at the Hilton.
