Winter Mixed Sale Supplemental Catalog now online

The supplemental catalog to the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2020 Winter Mixed Sale is now available on the company’s website at obssales.com.

Nineteen horses have been supplemented to the Preferred Session, for a total of 186 horses cataloged as Hip No.’s 1 – 186. The Session will begin on Tuesday, January 28th at 11:00 a.m.

The addition of 29 supplements swells the Horses of Racing Age Session to a total of 151, cataloged as Hip No.’s 201 – 351, beginning immediately following the Preferred Session.

Twelve horses have been added to the Open Session, which gets underway on Wednesday, January 29th at 11:00 a.m. with a total of 310 horses cataloged as Hip No.’s 401 – 710.

The Racing Age section’s optional Under Tack Show is scheduled for Monday, January 27th at 10:00 a.m.

Highlights among the Supplements include Hip No. 171, Pixie Devil, a stakes placed Stephen Got Even mare in foal to Liam’s Map. The 10-year-old mare, consigned by Ends Well, Agent for Miller Racing LLC (Dispersal of Breeding & Racing Stock), is a full sister to graded stakes winners Wild Gale and Azi Lee. The same consignment also includes Hip No. 186, Jessicaisbackagian, a 7-year-old grade one stakes winning mare by Put It Back, in foal to Dialed In.

The Racing Age Supplements are highlighted by Hip No. 349, Beyond Infinity, a 2-year-old colt by Macleans Music out of graded stakes winning Golden Dawn, by Hennessy. Consigned by Beth Bayer, Agent, he’s a half brother to multiple graded stakes winning OBS graduate Gladiator King, winner of the recent Dubawi Stakes (G3) at Meydan on January 2nd. The Miller Dispersal also includes black-type OBS graduates Inside Out and E B Ryder. Inside Out (Hip No. 176) is an 8-year-old stakes placed mare by Colonel John and sells in foal to Oscar Performance. E B Ryder, a multiple stakes winning 10-year-old daughter of Bluegrass Cat, sells in foal to Noble Mission, sire of Travers Stakes (G1) winner Code of Honor. The final horse supplemented was Hip No. 351, a 2-year-old filly by Uncle Mo consigned by Eddie Woods, Agent. She’s out of Bev’s Summer Song, a daughter of champion Storm Song.

Two of the three yearlings supplemented to the sale are from the first crop of OBS graduate Klimt, winner of the Del Mar Futurity (G1) and Best Pal Stakes (G2).

The supplemental catalog will be available in print at the sales grounds.
