LNJ Foxwoods’ Constellation took charge of Aqueduct’s $150, 000 Furlough Stakes on Thanksgiving Day approaching the head of the stretch and she rolled from there to an 8-1/4 length victory. It’s the first stakes win for the 2-year-old graded stakes placed daughter of Bellamy Road, second in the Matron (G2) and third in the Spinaway (G1). Trained by Steve Asmussen, the win leaves her with a 4-2-1-1 record and earnings of $214,800. After breezing an Under Tack eighth in :9 4/5, she was purchased for $800,000 out of the Northwest Stud consignment at the 2015 OBS March Sale. watch her under tack video

Goldmart Farms and Royal Laser Racing’s Kingsport tracked the leader in Thursday’s $125,000 Sir Barton Stakes at Woodbine to the top of the stretch, took command in the lane and scored by a length. That’s three stakes wins for the 3-year-old son of Milwaukee Brew, consigned by RiceHorse Stables, Agent, to the 2014 OBS June Sale and sold for $45,000 after working an eighth in :10 2/5 at the Under Tack Show. Trained by Sid Attard, he’s now 12-5-3-2 and has earned $297,271 to date. watch his under tack video

Maggi Moss’ Control Stake went to the lead at the start of Fair Grounds’ $60,000 Thanksgiving Handicap and refused to surrender it, easing away in deep stretch and winning by a length and a quarter. It’s the third stakes win for the 3-year-old Florida-bred colt by Discreetly Mine, sold by Beth Bayer, Agent, for $85,000 at the 2013 OBS August Sale. Trained by Tom Amoss, he’s now 12-6-3-2 and has earned $266,760.
