Leave the Light On wins Aqueduct’s Remsen Stakes

Klaravich Stables, LLC and William H. Lawrence’s Leave the Light On took the lead at the start of Saturday’s $400,000 Remsen Stakes (G2) at Aqueduct and gamely stayed in front to the wire, holding off a late run by 9-5 favorite Frosted by half a length. It’s the first stakes win for the the 2-year-old colt by Horse Greeley, trained by Chad Brown and ridden by Jose Ortiz. Consigned by Bobby Dodd, Agent, to the 2014 OBS April Sale, he was purchased by Klaravich for $210,000 after breezing an eighth in :10 flat at the Under Tack Show. With two wins from three starts, he has earned $285,375 to date.  watch his under tack video
