Skoda’s Parranda provided a quick return for her new connections on Sunday, rallying from off the pace and rolling to a 1-1/2 length victory in the $100,250 Wilshire Stakes (G3) at Santa Anita. It’s the second graded stakes win for the 5-year-old Florida-bred daughter of English Channel, sold for $13,000 by Niall Brennan Stables, Agent, at the 2011 OBS April Sale. Double Eagle Ranch’s Let Her Dance picked up her first stakes win on Saturday at Prairie Meadows, taking the early lead, surrendering it briefly on the turn and then drawing away in the stretch and scoring by 3-1/2 lengths over fellow OBS graduate Midnight Eclipse (June ’13, March ’13). Now 5-2-2-1 with earnings of $74,148, the 3-year-old daughter of Eddington was sold for $60,000 by Eisaman Equine, Agent, to Hubert Guy Bloodstock at the 2013 OBS April Sale. watch her under tack video
