Red Giant filly, Elusive Quality colt quickest at June Sale’s second Under Tack session

Two youngsters worked eighths in :9 4/5, posting the fastest works at the distance at the second session of the Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2013 June Sale of Two-Year-Olds and Horses of Racing Age. Hip No. 258, Puddifoot, consigned by Eisaman Equine, Agent, is a gray or roan filly by Red Giant out of graded stakes winner Theresa’s Tizzy, by Cee’s Tizzy, and is a half sister to graded stakes winner Got the Last Laugh. Hip No. 338, is a bay colt by Elusive Quality consigned by SAB Sales (Scott A. Bergsrud), Agent. He’s out of Agatha, by Distorted Humor, a half sister to champion Hishi Akebono.

Twenty four youngsters worked eighths in :10 flat. Hip No. 252, Wildcat Tea, consigned by Two Sharp Hats, Agent, is a bay colt by Wildcat Heir out of Tea Lady, by Touch Gold, a daughter of stakes winner Majestic Dy.

Hip No. 268, consigned by Eddie Woods, Agent, is a chestnut filly by Zensational out of Treetop Landing, by Forestry, and is a half sister to stakes winner Tate’s Landing. Woods also consigned Hip No. 340, a dark bay or brown Harlan’s Holiday filly out of A J’s Gal, by Monashee Mountain, a half sister to graded stakes winner My Special J’s. Hip No. 371, another Woods consignee, is a dark bay or brown colt by Indian Charlie out of Baltic Flier, by Fusaichi Pegasus, a half sister to grade one stakes winning OBS graduate Caller One.

Hip No. 270, a bay colt by Successful Appeal out of Triple It, by Put It Back, a half sister to graded stakes placed Way to the Top, is consigned by Stephens Thoroughbreds LLC, Agent.

Hip No. 273, Taylor Lane, is a dark bay or brown filly by Parading consigned by Bobby Dodd, Agent, out of stakes winner Tropical Way, by Way West (FR). Hip No. 294, also consigned by Dodd, is a dark bay or brown Congrats colt out of Wave the Colors, by Brahms, a half sister to graded stakes winner Svea Dahl. Hip No. 266, Cheers of Thunder, by Circular Quay, worked the session’s fastest three eighths, stopping the timer in :33 1/5. Consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, Agent, the bay colt is out of Trail of Cheers, by Indian Charlie.
