That’s two graded stakes wins for the 3-year-old daughter of Friends Lake, consigned by Karrington Stables, Agent, to the 2011 OBS August Sale. Her fourth stakes victory leaves her with a 6-4-1-0 record and $477,889 in earnings.
Currah Stables’s Manuka Honey jumped from a Gulfstream maiden victory to the $59,000 Suncoast Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs, went right to the front and gave nothing else a chance, pulling away to a 7-1/4 length victory. Graded stakes placed at two before breaking her maiden, the 3-year-old daughter of Borrego is now 7-2-2-1 and has earned $97,084.
