J. Paul Reddam’s I’ll Have Another put any lingering doubts about his Derby victory to rest with a flourish, running down front running Bodemeister in the shadow of the wire to win the $1, 000, 000 Preakness Stakes (G1) by a neck. Four for four this year including the first two jewels of the Triple Crown, he’s now 7-5-1-0 and has earned $2,693,600. The 3-year-old colt by Flower Alley was sold for $35,000 by Eisaman Equine, Agent, on behalf of Victor Davila at the 2011 OBS April Sale. He’s the second OBS graduate to win the Preakness joining 1997 winner Silver Charm.
