Colts by Safe in the U S A, Horse Greeley; filly by Freud fastest at third April Under Tack session

Three horses sped quarters in :20 3/5 to post the fastest works at the distance at the third session of the Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2012 Spring Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training. Hip No. 602, consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, Agent, is a dark bay or brown filly by Safe in the U S A out of Just Call Me Berty, by Bertrando, a full sister to stakes winner Little Snake Bit. Hip No. 711, Really Mr Greely, is a dark bay or brown colt by Horse Greeley consigned by Thoroughbred  Friends and Associates, Agent, out of Mattie Camp, by Forest Camp, a half sister to stakes placed Promise One. Hip No. 714, consigned by Everett Livestock, is a dark bay or brown filly by Freud out of Maya’s Note, by Editor’s Note, a half sister to stakes winner Spectacular Cat.

Sixteen horses shared the spotlight for the session’s fastest eighth, each stopping the timer in :10 flat. Hip No. 623, Quick Chick, a chestnut filly by Orientate consigned by Texhoma, Inc. (Flynt Fesmire), Agent, is out of stakes winner Kuanyan, by Carson City. Hip No. 641, consigned by Wavertree Stables, Inc. (Ciaran Dunne), Agent, is a chestnut colt by Songandaprayer out of Launch the Rocket, by Forest Wildcat, and is a half brother to stakes placed Silver Rocket. Hartley/De Renzo Thoroughbreds LLC, Agent, consigned Hip No. 643, a chestnut filly by Simon Pure out of Legally Insane, by Tabasco Cat as well as Hip No. 878, a dark bay or brown filly by The Green Monkey out of Pretty Ready, by More Than Ready. Hip No. 648, a bay Street Sense filly consigned by Eddie Woods, Agent, is out of stakes winner Leona’s Knight, by Suave Prospect. Woods also consigned Hip No. 673, a chestnut colt by City Zip out of stakes placed Love Boot, by Storm Boot, and a half brother to stakes winner Made to Love Her. Hip No. 685, consigned by de Meric Sales, Agent, is a chestnut filly byGreeley’s Galaxy out of Maggie’s Pearle, by Bright Launch, a half sister to graded stakes placed Manduria. Bo Hunt, Agent, consigned Hip No. 698, a bay filly by Wildcat Heir out of Marbleous Routine, by Pentelicus, a half sister to stakes winner Calldara. Hip No. 724 is a bay colt by Freud consigned by Sequel Bloodstock (Becky Thomas), Agent, out of Mighty Good, by Good and Tough, a half sister to stakes winner Mighty Eros. Eddie Woods also consigned Hip No. 731, a dark bay or brown colt by Orientate out of Mir Cat, by Tale of the Cat, and a half sister to stakes placed Runnin Ute. Hip No. 746 is a bay gelding by Henny Hughes out of stakes placed Miss Smart Strike, by Smart Strike, and a half brother to stakes placed Sister Glady Oh La, consigned by Sescan LLC, Agent. Hip No. 756, Whymonawhy, a chestnut filly by Whywhywhy consigned by M & H Training and Sales (David and Kaylynn Mckathan), Agent, is out of Monaree, by Maria’s Mon, a half sister to stakes winner Tin Smithen. Hip No. 782, a chestnut filly by Wildcat Heir consigned by de Meric Sales, Agent, is out of Nasty Sabina, by Sabona, a full sister to grade one stakes winner Bonapaw. Hip No. 840, also consigned by de Meric, is a bay colt by Forestry out of Penilee, by Affirmed, a half sister to stakes winner Devil’s Bag Copy.  Hip No. 850, a dark bay or brown filly by Bernstein out of stakes winner Phantom Income, by Montbrook, is consigned by Best A Luck Farm, Agent. Hip No. 863, consigned by Eddie Woods, Agent, is a dark bay or brown Lawyer Ron filly out of Pondering, by Storm Cat, a half sister to graded stakes winner Lucayan Prince.

Hip No. 662, Smooth Bert, a dark bay or brown colt by Smooth Jazz out of Little Bertie, by Devil His Due turned in the session’s fastest three eighths with a :34 flat clocking. He’s consigned by SGV Thoroughbreds (Steven Venosa), Agent.
