Kentucky Downs’ Old Friends Stakes goes to Sir Dudley Digges

Ken and Sarah Ramsey’s Sir Dudley Digges came wide off the turn into the stretch of Thursday’s $150, 000 Old Friends Stakes at Kentucky Downs, battled down the lane and got up in the final yards to win by a head. The Queen’s Plate winner is now 18-5-5-3 for trainer Mike Maker, and has earned $752,184 to date. He turned in an Under Tack eighth in :10 1/5 prior to his purchase for $130,000 by Patti Miller, EQB, Agent, on behalf of the Ramseys from Thomas and Casse, Agent for Global Thoroughbreds, at the 2015 OBS June Sale. watch his under tack video
