Michael Dubb, Bethlehem Stables LLC, Michael Imperio and David Simon’s Drama King ignored the snow in the $100,000 Hollie Hughes Stakes on President’s Day at Aqueduct and picked up his first stakes win, charging late down the center of the track to win going away by a length and a half. It’s the third straight victory for the 4-year-old colt by Nobiz Like Shobiz, sold for $13,000 by 30-30 Ranch, Agent, at the 2014 OBS June Sale after breezing a half in :47 flat at the Under Tack Show. Trained by Rudy Rodriguez, he’s now 16-6-3-2 and has earned $285,020. watch his under tack video

John Carver, Jerry Hollendorfer and Green Smith’s Outside Nashville got his 2016 campaign off on the right foot, closing from well off the pace and rolling past the leaders in deep stretch to win Golden Gate’s $63,315 Lost in the Fog Stakes by a length and three quarters. The 6-year-old gelding by Broken Vow, trained by Jerry Hollendorfer, now has five stakes wins, a 29-7-7-5 record and $326,410 in earnings. He was sold by Eisaman Equine, Agent, for $115,000 to Hollendorfer and Smith at the 2012 OBS March Sale after working  an eighth in :10 1/5 at the Under Tack Show.  watch his under tack video
