Team Valor International’s Mexikoma circled wide on the turn for home in the $250, 000 Sunshine Millions Classic Stakes, collared front running fellow OBS graduate Mr. Jordan (April ’14, August ’13) coming to the sixteenth pole, then eased away in the final yards and beat him by a length and a half. It’s the first stakes win for the lightly raced 5-year-old Florida-bred son of Birdstone, who sped a quarter in :21 1/5 at the 2013 OBS April Sale’s Under Tack Show before being purchased for $55,000 out of the Wavertree Stables consignment. Trained by Michael Dilger, he’s now 11-4-1-2 and has earned $290,554. watch his under tack video

A two time OBS graduate, Manchurian High went through the ring at the 2008 Fall Mixed Sale before being sold for $1,000 by Hoofprints Bloodstock, Agent, at the 2009 August Sale.
