Fellow OBS graduate Pioneerof the West (August ’13) settled for third. Sent off as the odds on choice in the Sham after strong efforts against Eclipse Award finalists American Pharoah and Texas Red in his final starts at two, the 3-year-old Florida-bred colt by In Summation is now 5-1-2-1 and has earned $193,500.
