The catalog for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2014 Spring Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training is now available via the OBS website at obssales.com. The website features a sortable master index for the catalog and pedigree updates occurring since the catalog was printed.

A total of 1209 juveniles have been cataloged for the four-day OBS sale, set for Monday through Thursday, April 21st through April 24th, with all sessions beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Under Tack Show is set for 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday through Friday, April 15th – 18th. Hip No.’s 1-302 will breeze on Tuesday, Hip No.’s 303-604 go on Wednesday, Hip No.’s 605-906 will work on Thursday and Hip No.’s 907-1209 will go on Friday. The Under Tack Show and Sale will be streamed live via the OBS website as well as the DRF and Bloodhorse websites.
OBS Spring Sale graduates have long been a major force at North American racetracks, with 21 horses topping the million dollar mark in earnings and eight horses winning Eclipse Awards., Since the beginning of 2013, 250 Spring sale graduates have won or placed in stakes, including 55 graded races. Forty-nine stakes horses have already emerged from last year’s sale including 16 stakes winners.
