WinStar Farm LLC’s Revolutionary,  idle since last year’s Belmont Stakes (G1), returned running to the races at Gulfstream Park on Saturday, collaring frontrunning fellow OBS graduate Falling Sky (Horses of Racing Age, January ’13) in the final yards and winning the $54,500 allowance test by half a length. Falling Sky, winner of last year’s Sam F. Davis Stakes (G3) at Tampa Bay Downs, topped last January’s OBS Horses of Racing Age Sale. It’s the fourth win for Revolutionary, hero of last year’s Withers Stakes (G3) and Louisiana Derby (G2), now 9-4-1-3 with earnings of $1,047,600. The 4-year-old colt by War Pass was sold for $235,000 at the 2012 OBS March Sale by Niall Brennan Stables, Agent. watch his under tack video

A pair of OBS graduate first time starters put on a good show at Oaklawn Park on Saturday as James Driver & H. Ywachetta’s Paganol and Iron Horse Racing LLC’s Street Strategy rallied from last and next to last in a $55,000 maiden special weight test. After battling head to head in the final strides, Paganol got the bob at the wire. A 3-year-old colt by Tiz Wonderful, Paganol was sold for $250,000 by Bobby Dodd, Agent, at the 2013 OBS March Sale after speeding a quarter in :21 1/5 at the Under Tack Show. Street Strategy, by Street Sense, brought $425,000 when purchased out of the Rice Horse Stables consignment at the 2013 April Sale.
