The 3-year-old colt by Flower Alley,  sold for $35,000 by Eisaman Equine, Agent, brings a 5-3-1-0 record and earnings of $634,000 to the Derby.

Shivananda Parbhoo’s Trinniberg will try to stretch his speed in the Derby, coming into the race off impressive wins in Gulfstream’s Swale Stakes (G3) and Aqueduct’s Bay Shore (G3). The 3-year-old colt by Teuflesberg, now 7-3-2-0 with $341,300 in earnings, was sold for $21,000 by M & H Training and Sales (David & Kaylynn Mc Kathan), Agent.

Peras International’s Yara, who beat Kentucky Oaks (G1) favorite Grace Hall this winter in the Davona Dale Stakes (G2) at Gulfstream, comes into the Oaks with a 7-3-0-0 record and $372,920 in earnings. The 3-year-old Florida-bred filly by Put It Back is a four time veteran of the OBS Sales ring, consigned by co-breeder Brambly Lane Farm to the 2009 October and 2010 January sales before selling her at the 2010 August Sale, she was resold for $24,000 by Nickajack/Rey de Oros, Agent, at the April Sale.
