Mr. Sekiguchi filly fastest at June Under Tack opener

Hip No. 9, White Glove, a filly by Mr. Sekiguchi consigned by Blue River Bloodstock, Agent, sped three eighths in :33 3/5 to post the fastest work at the distance at the first session of the Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2011 June Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training and Horses of Racing Age. The gray or roan filly, out of White Chocolate, by With Approval, is a half sister to stakes placed Chocolate Pop.

Four youngsters worked the same distance in :33 4/5. Hip No. 90, a bay filly by Dehere consigned by Nickjack/Rey de Oros, Agent, is out of stakes winner Callmeanicepick, by Anjiz. Hip No. 108, consigned by Crupi’s New Castle Farm, is a bay colt by Badge of Silver out of Clap Happy, by Greinton (GB), and is a half brother to stakes winner Crossing Point. Hip No. 200, a bay filly by Closing Argument consigned by W.D. North Thoroughbreds LLC, Agent, is out of Fit Right In, by Out of Place, and is a half sister to grade one stakes winner Rightly So. Hip No. 280, consigned by All In Sales (Tony Bowling), Agent, is a dark bay or brown Bob and John filly out of Informative Style, by Dayjur, and is a half sister to stakes winner Stylish Citizen.

The session’s swiftest quarter was :21 flat, turned in by Hip No. 106, a colt by Sir Shackleton consigned by J. Carlos Garcia, Agent. The chestnut colt is out of Circular Reasoning, by Matty G., a daughter of graded stakes winner Mangayah.

Three horses worked quarters in :21 1/5. Hip No. 123, consigned by Hoppel’s Horse and Cattle Co., Agent, is a dark bay or brown colt by Vindication out of Coquine, by Gone West, a half sister to stakes winner Sayonara. Hip No. 131, a bay colt by It’s No Joke consigned by Kilbride Stables, Agent, is out of Cremedelacramer, by Avenue of Flags, and is a half brother to stakes placed Atticus Jack. Hip No. 228, consigned by Harris Training Center LLC, Agent, is a bay colt by Fusaichi Pegasus out of Glister Girl, by Glitterman, a daughter of stakes winner Shivering Six.

Three youngsters shared honors for the session’s fastest eighth, each stopping the timer in :10 flat. Hip No. 16 is a dark bay or brown colt by Bernstein out of Within, by Rahy, consigned by Robert Brewer. Hip No. 80, Leroy Jr., is a chestnut colt by Leroidesanimaux (BRZ) out of graded stakes winner Booly, by Apalachee, consigned by Hoppel’s Horse and Cattle Co., Agent. Hip No. 154, French Breeze, is a dark bay or brown filly by Elusive Quality out of stakes placed Di’s Delight, by French Deputy, consigned by Paul Sharp, Agent.

The session’s fastest half mile breeze was :47 1/5 by Hip No. 241, a colt by Pure Prize consigned by 30 – 30 Farm, Agent. The chestnut colt is out of Gracious Assault, by Glitterman, a full sister to graded stakes placed Glitman.
